1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AviationGuesser (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AviationGuesser is a game in which players observe live air-traffic data and guess flight destinations. Flight data is sourced from third-party ADS-B feeds and is provided for entertainment only - it must not be used for navigation, flight planning, or any operational purpose.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• No cheating, botting, or automated play.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• No offensive or impersonating usernames or profile content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data and map imagery) belong to AviationGuesser. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, © CARTO. Aircraft icons from tar1090.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Live data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AviationGuesser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
