Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data - email address and sign-in identifiers (via our authentication provider, including Google or other OAuth providers you choose).
• Profile data - the callsign and avatar you create.
• Gameplay data - guesses, scores, streaks, stamps, and session activity.
• Technical data - device and usage information collected automatically by our infrastructure providers.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate the game: authenticate you, sync your progress across devices, run leaderboards, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We may also analyze, aggregate, or de-identify gameplay and usage data and use or share such data for research, analytics, and commercial purposes. Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you personally.

3. Third-party services

• Google Cloud infrastructure - authentication, database, and hosting.
• ADS-B data feeds - live flight positions (no personal data is sent to them).
• Map providers - OpenStreetMap / CARTO tiles are loaded from their servers, which receive standard web requests (IP address, user agent).
• Google Fonts - fonts are loaded from Google's servers.
• Google AdSense - serves ads and uses cookies to personalize them and measure performance. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we ask for your consent first. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

4. Data retention & deletion

Your account and gameplay data are retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we will process the request within 30 days.

5. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
